THE RANGE

  • Where can I view the Edwards Eyewear range in person?

    Please visit one of our stockists to view the collection in person.

  • My new sunglasses don't fit. What can I do?

    We suggest that you visit your local optician who would be able to assit with adjustments to fit. Alternaitvely, you may also return them if within our standard Returns Policy.

  • Can I buy my frames delivered with prescription lenses?

    Yes, we can fit your new sunglasses with prescription lenses. Prices vary depending on your individual requirements. Please select. "Prescription Lenses" from the dropdown menu under "Lens Options" in the shop when ordering your frames. Then submit your written prescription via through the "Contact Us" page our website. 


    Prescription lenses includes a hard coating and anti-reflection coating with a two year manufacturers warranty as standard. Please contact us directly with details of you presecription for pricing.

  • How should I care for my new sunglasses?

    Your Edwards Eyewear frames will come with a complete set of instructions to keep them looking at their very best.

PURCHASE & SHIPPING

  • What purchase methods do you offer?

    We accept most major credit cards and Klarna.

  • Can I cancel or edit my order?

    You can cancel your order at any point before it is shipped.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Unfortunately, we are obliged to ship to the billing address on your debit/credit card and this cannot be changed after the transaction has been processed.

  • How long will dispatch / shipping take?

    3-7 working days.

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL. We insure your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. 


    On receipt of your goods, please check that the number of boxes received matches the documentation and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. If you do notice anything unusual about your order please notify usimmediately by email to info@edwardseyewear.com stating the nature of the problem.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Unfortuantely we cannot accomodate orders to be picked up, but you can purchase in-person from one of our stockists.

  • Do you ship internationally ( i.e. out of the UK?)

    Yes we do! For all purchases that are delivered outside the UK we do not include any VAT or local import charges. The purchaser is responsible for any additional charges that may be required at the request of their local import and customs governing body.


    Please note, unfortunately we have no control over such charges, nor are we able to predict these possible additional charges. If you do require any further information regarding these, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

RETURNS

  • What is your returns policy?

    Edwards Eyewear is pleased to offer a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects, on all our products. Please note that damage caused by misuse or as a result of reasonable or normal wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.


    All of our products are checked and packed by hand but in the unlikely event that you find your product to be faulty, please contact us immediately by email at info@edwardseyewear.com and our Customer Care team will respond within 48 hours.


    If it the frame cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund i.e the purchase price and original delivery charges.


    All customers can return within 14 days from the date you receive them. Simply fill in the Returns Auhtorisation Form, once confirmed by Edwards Eyewear that your return is authorised, drop your parcel off at your local post office, making sure everything is in its original condition including packaging. 


    Don’t forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt. Edwards Eyewear do no accept any responsibility for any returned products lost in transit.


    Once we have received and checked your item(s), we will issue your refund via your original payment method within 10 days


    We are unable to accept any returns where the product has been damaged or an element of packaging is missing.
