Returns

In the unfortunate event that you would like to return your Edwards Eyewear, please complete the form below. Once received, we will then send you details of where your items should be returned via post or courier.

All customers can return within 14 days from the date you receive them.

Please be aware that all packaging, ( cases, booklets, boxes, etc ) must be included. Glasses must be in unworn condition. We are unable to accept any returns where the product has been damaged or an element of packaging is missing. Once we have received and checked your item(s), we will issue your refund via your original payment method within 10 days.

Don’t forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt. Edwards Eyewear do no accept any responsibility for any returned products lost in transit.
